Northern California Surveyors Joint Apprenticeship Committee

Welcome to the Northern California Surveyors Joint Apprenticeship Committee. The NCSJAC Training Program was established in 1963 through the combined efforts of the Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3 and California and Nevada Civil Engineers & Land Surveyors Association to provide a field surveyor work force that educates and develops the most highly-trained and skilled employees in the industry. We serve all 46 counties of Northern California and our graduating students are employed by companies large and small.

This web site has been designed to help you make the best of our Surveyors Apprenticeship Program. Take the time to learn more about the benefits and requirements of this challenging and rewarding apprenticeship program and the opportunities it can provide.
